Shipping and delivery
- Delivery areas: Israel, USA, Dubai.
- Delivery cost: [delivery cost].
- Delivery times: Israel: up to 21 business days. USA & Dubai: up to 30 business days. For made-to-order pieces, the time is stated in your written quote.
- Pieces are delivered insured and tracked. The recipient may be asked to show ID and sign on receipt.
- Risk passes to you on delivery. If a delivery is delayed, we will tell you and offer a solution.
Cancelling a purchase of a ready-made piece
For a ready-made piece bought remotely, the Consumer Protection Law lets you cancel within 14 days of receiving it, or of receiving the written transaction details, whichever is later.
- Send a written cancellation notice by email or phone to us.
- Return the piece unused, undamaged, in its original packaging and with its certificate.
- A cancellation fee may apply, up to 5% of the price or NIS 100, whichever is lower.
- Return shipping: No returns except for warranty repairs or size reductions.
- We refund to the original payment method within 14 days of your cancellation notice.
Pieces made for you
A piece made to your specification, or personalised for you, for example by engraving or resizing, is not covered by the 14-day right to cancel for ready-made items. You can cancel before you approve the design. After approval, cancellation is possible only as the law allows and under the terms in your written quote.
Faulty or wrong item
If a piece arrives faulty or differs from what we agreed, contact us right away. Your rights under law, including repair, replacement or refund, are not affected by this page.
Resizing and care
We can resize and care for your ring after purchase. Some settings and metals limit how much a ring can be resized; we will tell you before we start.
